Return and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds of Logitell products. By purchasing from Logitell, you agree to comply with the conditions specified. These terms apply to individual and wholesale transactions and are subject to limitations outlined below. Please review carefully to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.
1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Retail Customers)
For print, combo, and digital products, the following terms apply:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Digital textbooks are non-returnable once more than 20% of content is accessed.
- Combo products are non-returnable once more than 20% of the digital content is accessed
- Refer to 'General Return & Refund Provisions' for additional terms.
2. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee (Wholesalers)
Wholesalers include educational institutions, bookstores, libraries, and distributors. For print, combo, and digital products, the following terms apply:
- Returns are accepted within 90 days of the invoice date
- Refer to 'General Return & Refund Provisions' for additional terms.
3. General Return & Refund Provisions
The following terms and conditions apply to all returns. Please review them thoroughly before making a purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.
a. General Refund Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be defective, inactivated, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- Items must remain in their original condition, without any stickers, stamps, or markings.
- A Logitell invoice, sales receipt, or valid proof of purchase is required.
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Logitell.
- Refunds may be refused if the conditions of the Return & Refund Policy are not met.
a. General Refund Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be defective, inactivated, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- Items must remain in their original condition, without any stickers, stamps, or markings.
- A Logitell invoice, sales receipt, or valid proof of purchase is required.
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Logitell.
- Refunds may be refused if the conditions of the Return & Refund Policy are not met.
b. Unredeemed Digital Textbook Product Licenses – 2-Year Guarantee
For unredeemed licenses (i.e., digital product licenses or keys that have not been activated):
- Refunds are available for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Licenses for digital textbooks must remain unredeemed or inactivated to qualify for a refund.
c. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Custom Products: These are non-returnable due to their personalized nature, and all sales are final.
- Sale and Clearance Items: All sales are final, with no returns, exchanges, or refunds permitted.
- Old Textbook Editions: Returns are not accepted once a new edition has been published.
- Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016 and 2019 Products: These products are non-refundable, regardless of format (print, combo, or digital). For digital products, once a license is activated and attributed to a user account, it cannot be returned.
d. Return Limitations
- Returns are limited to a maximum of 20% of the initial purchase quantity per invoice.
- Requests exceeding this limit may be denied or subject to restocking fees.
e. Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply for returns that do not fully comply with our policy. The fee amount will be deducted from the total refund or credit issued.
f. Return Process and Shipping
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Obtain an RMA before shipping.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Proper packaging is required to avoid damage during transit, as improperly packaged items may lead to a denial of the refund request.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. In some cases, Logitell may offer a store credit option instead. If the original payment method is no longer available or valid, alternative arrangements may be made, at Logitell's discretion.
License Transfer or Reassignment
If a digital license has been assigned to a user but not redeemed, Logitell allows its reassignment to another user upon request. However, once a license is reassigned, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued to the original purchaser after a license has been reassigned, even if it remains unredeemed.
